Picky eater game
As part of a third-year game design course, we were tasked with
creating a game in the software Unity, using a “drag and drop” mechanic.
I chose to create a humorous, sarcastic game partly inspired by myself and a friend of mine,
the fact that we’re picky about certain foods.
Both of us can spend a long time picking out the things we don’t like from the ones we do.
For the game’s style, I drew inspiration from Japanese cooking games,
which are often illustrated in a “pixel art” aesthetic,
and turned it into a parody that goes the opposite way of the usual meaning and vibe.

In this project, I used Unity to create the
game itself and the animations in it,
and ProCreate for the illustrations and assets
